Pronounced as “pea-dae”, the creator of the pocket pide, What’s Pide has specially curated a localised menu for their first overseas venture in Singapore using only the freshest and most premium ingredients.
Just imagine, if a burger and a panini had a child, it would be the pide. Flaky and crispy on the outside, yet fluffy and spongy on the inside, stuffed with everyone’s favourite ingredients.
Beside popular staples such as Prawn Star, crispy soft shell prawns smothered in their signature house-made kimchi mayo sauce, as well as Mrs Park, seasoned bulgogi beef with pickled jalapeños and caramelised onions, you can also expect to find a few local favourites such as their spicy Otah Pide and a black pepper chicken pide called Hey Lu Lu.
What’s more, at What’s Pide, each pide is unique as it is hand-kneaded and baked fresh everyday! They even have their own coffee – Pide Brew, brewed fresh daily with a splash of coconut water and a craft bubbly nutmeg cola, the perfect thirst quencher on a hot sunny day.
